We absolutely love to go eat Cava. Tonight was super disappointing. Now, I know places can be busy and don't get a chance to clean up as much as they would like however there is a point where you need to stop and wipe things down. The toppings section was absolutely disgusting with feta cheese all over the place, cucumbers , tomatoes and all kind of stuff just all over the metal like a tornado went through it. They made no attempt to clean it and then I actually saw them shove the Cucumbers back into the bin after it was on the counter and cross-contaminated with other toppings! Also, the toppings that were in the bin were already cross-contaminated , this is unacceptable and absolutely disgusting !! Despite their A rating on the outside of the door that is not what I saw when I walked in tonight. And to make matters worse we were told we had to wait 30 plus minutes if we wanted braised lamb because they had to cook it. It's one thing if the store completely ran out of an item but to not have it prepared is another thing. I will never go back and plan on passing along my discusting experience.

The two notch location used to be pleasant but now the manager Dan is gone and they have two female managers that aren’t customer friendly. The Manager Katie is the worst with a horrible bedside manner and energy that is extremely dry and standoffish. Both female managers could care less about the job and it shows.
I normally get dressing on top of my salad and two dressings on the side and never been charged extra. Katie charged me and argued with me in front of customers. Then when I looked in my bag she hadn’t put the extra dressing I paid for in my bag. The next time I came in she said I could only get one dressing and then charged me for the second. In addition the pita chips there are always hard because they let them sit out and refuse to make more until the old ones are gone.
Customer service here is horrible now complete change from before. I’m so uncomfortable going to this location now so I won’t go back again. I’d rather drive 30min to one of the other locations where they’re always smiling, make you feel good about coming in and treat customers like they matter.

Had a great experience at CAVA! The staff was super friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the service was fast. Perfect spot when you want something quick without sacrificing quality.

I visited on 11/28 around 9pm. I visit this CAVA location often and spend a lot of money here. Unfortunately, one employee who prepares the bowls is consistently rude and standoffish, making visits uncomfortable. The daytime is completely opposite. Great service and great food. The night shift is horrible and makes it very I unpleasant to visit there.
On a prior visit, she was extremely disrespectful to my 75-year-old father, who has trouble seeing, when he asked questions about the menu. Instead of helping, she told him to “read the list.”
I returned again this evening and experienced the same behavior—passive aggressive, loud, and openly rude. When I addressed it calmly, she threw my change on the counter, mocked my work uniform, called me names, and argued with me. Completely unprofessional.
The manager on duty was just as dismissive and failed to address his employee’s behavior. After waiting nearly 10 minutes, I still received cold chips and a poorly put together bowl.
Very disappointing experience. Be prepared for poor service when this employee and manager are working.
