⭐☆☆☆☆ Disappointed with the decline in service
CAVA used to be my go-to spot for fresh and flavorful Mediterranean food, but lately, the customer service has taken a serious nosedive. On my most recent visit, I saw an employee sweeping the floor and then immediately putting on gloves to prepare food—without washing their hands. I actually had to ask them to wash up before handling my meal, which is something that should be second nature in any food establishment.
Basic customer service was also lacking—no greeting, no smile, just a rushed and careless vibe. It really takes away from the overall experience.
Management should seriously consider retraining the staff on basic hygiene practices, especially the importance of handwashing. It’s not just about following health codes—it’s about respecting the customers. I used to love coming here, but now I’m honestly hesitant to return.
