The lady Madeline went above and beyond explaining the pairing meals and grabbing several of the upcoming pairing meals menus. The chef actually cooked my rare steak rare!

She also offered the $10 take home promo which we had a few questions about, but she answered them to our satisfaction. Her friendly demeanor was engaging and you could tell she really cared about what she was doing and making sure we were well taken care of. The filet and shrimp toscana pasta was absolutely delicious and was enough for me and my wife to split as our meal. The zucchini fritte app was hot, fresh and crispy and we enjoyed every bite. Thanks for the fine dining experience on a random Sunday evening,. Great job Carrabbas!

I don’t know if everyone is new or what but from the time I sat down it was one issue after the other and my server literally would disappear or completely forget to come back . I had to get up and find help. Cold soup, cold bread, flat soda and my steak that I requested as medium rare came out well done. After an hour of waiting and trying to get it right.. ( the Manager was of no help at all) I eventually gave up, didn’t eat anything and left. The kicker , they had the nerve to still bring me a bill for the soda. lol. I will not be back, at least not to this location.. ever!

Whoever is in a leadership position here you are doing a good job. The staff was attentive, followed up and was polite. The food was served quickly and was great. Thank you for the experience that was given today, and because of that we will choose to come back more than often because of the service that was received.
