  It took over an hour and 15 minutes from me entering the nearly empty restaurant until I had my very dry chicken dippers sitting in front of me (this appeared to not only be in my section but for the restaurant as a whole (not the wait staffs fault but probably a slow/understaffed back of house)). The only factor that caused me to give more than 1 star is the fact that the host and waitress were both pleasant.

  Horrible service waiting in line for 2 hours straight with no service and everytime we asked we had HORRIBLE service with people having an attitude , mind you there are 9 full tables that are empty and we couldn’t sit down because we had to wait for 2 hours since they kept standing talking to eachother rather than help us

  I went there tonight and placed an online order that said it would be ready at 12:20 AM. I arrived around 12:30 AM. There were hardly any customers, but I still had to get the staff’s attention to receive my order. My order included two orders of fries. One was ready and the other was not. I asked if I could get two fresh orders of fries, and they agreed, so I gave back the cold fries and waited in my car for about five minutes. When I went back inside, I once again had to get their attention, even though there were no customers. I was then given one fresh order of fries and one cold order the same old fries I had already returned. One order had a decent amount of fries, while the other had very few. I’m always polite and try to avoid confrontation, so I chose not to make a scene and instead share my experience here. I was very disappointed with the service. That said, the smash burger itself was delicious.
