I came in with my friends to get something to eat because one of my friends had just come from an emotional appointment at the VA. I was in the middle of one of my social media programs when we walked in. One of your waiters greeted us and told us about your specials, but I didn't hear because I was focused on what I was doing. As we walked to the table, I asked her to repeat because I didn't hear her while I was busy working on my laptop. She did, and I sat down with the ladies. While we were seated, our waiter, Gabriela, came over and asked what we wanted to drink. I was still online and working, so I asked for a drink of water with lemon. Everyone else asked for Dr. Pepper, and the lady next to me asked for her Dr. Pepper with Lemon plus water. There were only 4 of us. However, she brought back water with 4 Dr. Peppers: 1 with lemon and two without. I didn't say anything because I was busy and focused on my podcast. As we were placing our order, I asked for the special for $19.99: 2 10-piece boneless wings, a side, and a drink. You can upgrade for a few dollars more," So I asked for the 10 boneless with a side of potato wedges and lemonade. I asked if I could place the second order to go, and I didn't want it fixed until we were about to leave. She said that was ok and asked what I wanted. I said I wanted to get the bone-in wings, potato wedges, and lemonade. So when the food came out, we were getting the things we needed for condiments. About 5 minutes after she brought my food, she brought the to-go order. I was surprised. I asked for that to be made as I was leaving, so it could be fresh. I wanted it TO GO. So when I asked her that in particular, she said she would have to ask her manager. So she came back and said he said it could be put under the lights, but not remade. I was appalled. I told her I wanted to talk to management. When management came over, he said they were not remaking the order. He said it several times and that he would hold it under the lights, but no way it was getting remade. So I said I didn't want it. So when the waiter came to cash out our checks, I told her to take it off. She said the manager promised to remake the order. I said I would wait. We sat there for another 20 minutes while the order was remade. When the order came out, I opened the container, and the wings were room temperature; the fries were not even fresh. I waited another 20 minutes for that same food to be brought to me. That was not right and definitely not acceptable. So when I said I wasn't paying for it. There were no apologies or anything. The manager didn't come to the table or anything. He continually sat down to eat and talk at another table, the rest of the time. There was no regard for customer service, and I ended up paying almost the same price for everything. I didn't even want lemonade; it was included with the special, but I had to pay for it because I didn't get the special. When I tried to say something, the young lady didn't understand. She was sweet, don't get me wrong, but management didn't do their part in customer service, and I said I was going to fight the charges with my bank account due to lack of customer service, but why do that when I can go to corporate first and let them know what happened? Everyone at that table can attest that I said I wanted the order made when I was getting ready to leave. I didn't want my food sitting there for any reason. I wanted it freshly taken to my mother. So to be sitting there after being cooked was unacceptable for me. Customer service is essential, and management is supposed to teach and lead, what he was teaching and the way he was leading, if the staff follows. You will be closing that Buffalo Wild Wings very soon.. very soon. That is not how you treat your customers.

Very disappointed at our experience here tonight. The wait for a table was acceptable as it was a crowded night. However, once seated, it took a little while to have our order taken. After we waited for about 45+ minutes, food brought to customers who were seated after us, and no refills for our drinks, we finally were able to get the attention of our waitress who said she had been pushing the kitchen staff to get our order out, but she left without fully hearing our concerns (no drink refills, no true update on food). Shortly after, the manager came to our table and our party informed him about our experience to that point. He quickly made sure we received our food and refills. Our waitress apologized for the long wait and made sure we had everything. Then she disappeared for another 30 minutes and did not check on us until we had to flag her down again for boxes and a check. If you want good food, come to BWW. If you want good service, don’t come here and just call in an order.
