    Ordered a smoked salmon sandwich and six additional bagels. I was asked if I wanted to have the bagels cut I said yes. Got home none of the bagels were cut. Called and spoke with the manager. She said you can either cut the bagels yourself or bring them in and we will cut the bagels for you. Not loving either solution.

    I ordered a salmon bagel to go. I received a cold plain bagel, a small dollop of cream cheese and a few sparse capers. Of course their were the Bermuda onions and a tasteless tomato slice. I had asked for an everything bagel toasted. I got home and opened the packaging and was SO dissapointed. That's my last $8 I spend in there.

    Order three bagels only received two of them and tried call them multiple time and no one responds. The issue I have is this is not the first time and they never fix anything. Yes the bagels are great however the service and problem resolution is the worst. I give up its not worth the headach to bother with this company any more.
