Even more disappointing was the soggy fish with fries evidently cooked in burnt oil (fish & chips), the broccoli was almost raw, and the garlic whipped potatoes were very firm and didn't taste like fresh garlic at all. I wouldn't mind paying $100 for dinner for two if it was prepared properly, but the only thing worth the money and the time was the Chilean sea bass. It was flaky, moist and delicious, topped with mango salsa. Our server, Brooke, was knowledgeable, friendly, and gave us the perfect amount of attention.

The hostess greeted us with a HUGE warm smile and asked how our day was going and if we were celebrating anything. Our server Azzie was so attentive, and if predictive text was a server, it was her. She showed up with refills before we even had to ask and gave great food recommendations that we had already been eyeing. Thank you for wonderful service and fabulous food! Everything was prepared to perfection. Just moved to Columbia, and we will happily return to the Harbison Bonefish location.
