  Just went to this Bojangles and Rebeccs took my order food was fine at all but last minute told me they were out of boberry biscuits after they asked if it was OK that it was gonna take four minutes and we said yes highly doubt that was true, also didn’t change Pepsi, which takes 30 seconds. then asked me if I even wanted my change and then when I said yes, she said oh we don’t have pennies. very rude would not recommend keeping this employee.

  Not customer fault mangers under paid ,over worked ,have some decent .looking angry mean all want some food without customer where will manger be unemployed.respect goes both ways.

  I never leave reviews, and even when I have a bad experience, I usually just assume it’s a fluke and give somewhere another chance. However, with that being said we have now had repeated bad experiences here and today just pushed it over the edge. We always do mobile orders and the last few times we’ve done them they have been out of something. The last two they have been out of chicken all together and have instead replaced it with their chicken tenders. Today though, we placed our mobile order at 11:45, my boyfriend got there at 12 to pick it up and it said it said it’d be ready at 12:09 so he waited until then to try and go inside and the doors were locked, another common occurrence here, then got in the drive through and it took until just now, at 1 o’clock, an hour after he got there, to get through the drive through to the front where they then told him they were out of chicken once again and were gonna replace it with supremes. Now, obviously had we not already paid over $40 for the food over an hour ago, he would have just left after the line was moving but since we had already paid for it we were kinda stuck. Once again, had this been a one time experience I wouldn't have said anything but this is now the third time this has happened and we will not be returning here. I want to make it clear I understand this is probably not the employees fault but it is still ridiculous. Especially since I don’t really like the tenders and they are unable to give us a refund. We have never argued much with the employees there because they have just told use they can replace the tenders and not give a refund so we didn’t see a point in arguing but it is still absolutely ridiculous to wait over an hour for over $40 worth of food and not get what you wanted.
