The people were nice but took really long even though there was 5 of them and the atmosphere was like any bojangles my son got tenders and I got a chicken biscuit, it was about 10:30AM i started eating my food and its texture was weird so I grabbed the chicken IT WAS SO UNDERCOOKED I COULD PEAL THE BREADING OF JUST TO FIND FAT UNDERCOOKED CHICKEN. Very disappointed.

The older lady who was on the drive thru was very rude and disrespectful. The fries were not even full and we paid for a large. She acted like she didn’t want to do what she is getting paid to do. Would not recommend going to this Bojangles.

All I can say is this, TRY TO GET IN AND GET OUT QUIETLY WITHOUT BEING A PROBLEM CUSTOMER THEY HATE THAT. DON'T ATTEMPT TO CALL OR SIGNAL SOMEONE FOR HELP JUST BECAUSE THEY'RE LOOKING AT YOU AND NOT SAYING ANYTHING TO YOU. YOU STAND THERE AT THAT CASH REGISTER AND WAIT UNTIL THEY APPROACH YOU ON THEIR OWN!. SPEAKING BEFORE SPOKEN TO WILL GET YOUR ORDER HELD UP OR MISPLACED ESPECIALLY IF YOURE JUST PICKING UP AN ORDER AS A DASHER OR SOMETHING, IT MAY JUST GET LOST THEN LOL. I JUST GREET EVERYONE LOUDLY AND AS NICE AS POSSIBLE AND I WAIT QUIETLY UNTIL THE STAFF MEMBER AND THE MANAGERS OR CREW LEADER FINISHES THEIR STORY OR JOKES BECAUSE THEY DONT PLAY ABOUT INTERRUPTING THEM WHEN THEYRE TRYING TO GOSSIP OR TELL JOKES. YOU DONT WANT THEM TO THINK THAT TOU FEEL IMPORTANT JUST BECAUSE YOU'RE A CUSTOMER OR YOU'RE ATTEMPTING TO SPEND MONEY WITH THE BUSINESS BECAUSE YOU'LL RISK BEING TOLD HOW UNIMPORTANT YOU MIGHT BE AND THAT COULD LOWER YOUR SELF ESTEEM. JUST TREAT IT AS YOU WOULD YOUR FIRST DAY VISITING A PRISON CHOW HALL AND BE RESPECTFUL TO THE INMATE LIKE STAFF MEMBERS TO AVOID ANY VIOLENCE.
