Si, along with 2 other customers, after waiting 15 minutes, we went to the window and were told to go to the back door. At the back door, I stood there with 2 men. A lady comes to the door, asked what the first man ordered, prepared a bag, got it wrong, repeated the same thing three times before finally giving the man his correct order. Then, the second man was asked what his order was. He told her and was told to wait. Then she, without speaking to me, yells to the employees inside, "Does anyone know what that WHITE LADY ORDERED "? NOW, if I, being white, yelled out does anyone know what that black lady ordered, I'd probably be 6 feet under for Christmas this year! Come on BOJANGLES! REALLY? To be clear, this is the store located on Spears Creek rd. Off of I-20 in Columbia/Elgin SC.

The prompter notified while I ordered that there was a 5 minute wait on borounds- it took me 10 minutes to get to the window, and still waited over 20 more minutes once asked to pull over by the shed. Waited for 20 minutes outside and walked inside bc I felt like they forgot about me… which they did. Poor service and food was cold and old after waiting that long
