Took my payment, gave me a drunk I didn't order because they were out of almost all of the drinks. Told me it would be a 10 minute wait on fresh chicken and asked me to pull up. Waited for more than 10 minutes while about 10 cars came through the drive thru behind me. When I went inside to check on my order, the manager was very rude and stated that they didn't have any chicken left. Asked if I wanted chicken supremes in the place of it, which is not equivalent in price. When I stated, I didn't want supremes, he proceeded to say to make sure I get my receipt to ensure I get my order, which didn't make any sense. My order should have still been on the screen since they never brought it out to me. Furthermore, they never should have took my payment if they didn't have any chicken left. Lastly, the manager did not have to be so rude about it when I was extremely respectful to him. He didn't process a refund, only went in the register to take out 15 dollars to hand me back when my order was 15.34. I needed up having to go to another bojangles location to get my order and it was hot and fresh, with no wait.
