- KHK Hedges3 days ago1.0If I could give zero stars I would. Went to this location on March 10, 2026 @approximately 7:30pm. Ordered a 20 piece family meal with 4 sides. Was told that we needed to wait 15-20 minutes for fresh chicken. Ok no problem. Waited. Got home and we have 6 pieces of chicken and incorrect sides. My husband calls the store back, no answer. He goes back to the store and was told that he has to pay more for the chicken they never put in the box or to bring back the food in order to get a refund. Why would we pay again for chicken we already paid for that we didn’t receive in the 1st place? This is not the 1st time we had an issue with this location. Maybe employees need more training or get better employees because we shouldn’t have to double pay on an order we’ve already paid for. I will be contacting corporate in regards to all employees on tonight’s shift.

It is best to go in with these types of orders however, they are usually under staffed leaving the front register as a last priority to maintain a good drive thru time, one could assume in my opinion.

After sitting there for 30 minutes I was very frustrated. I then asked for two bottles of water and the employee told me they didn't have anymore water either. I then pull off and the employee yells at me while I am pulling off. This is the WORST Bojangles location I have ever been to and something needs to be done. It's not that hard to order the right amount of product when ordering your truck.
