  Had to wait 15 minutes to get 2 Cajun filet biscuits and watched 6 people behind us get their orders. Then they gave us the wrong order and waited another 5 minutes to get it so overcooked that it wasn't worth eating! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

  This location has it all - reheated leftover food, watered down Mt. Dew, and service with a scowl, all at a premium price. Oh, and make sure you check your order at the drive thru before you pull away.

  Staff are terrible. They have no care and make you wait out of spite. After 20 minutes my entire order was soggy or half filled dirty rice. Used to be a great place.

  The Manager Amber Brisbane was very disrespectful and unprofessional. She denied our food replacement even though the chicken was literally RAW. After an hour they replaces 1 out of 2 orders because she said " we cant just give you free food". However it was not free food it was a REPLACEMENT for food that wasn't cooked properly. VERY unprofessional and aggressive for no reason!? Mind you my food replacement had been approved by Jeffery another manager in Irmo. But because it wasn't her she said she wouldn't honor it and she was raising her voice that shes the manger and taking her sweet time on purpose to void me calling today to corpoerate because they close at 5pm est And she knew what she was doing clearly. That was her trying to act smart not be smart when shes ensuring her way to being promoted to customer so quick with her poor attitude and aggression in the store. Rest assured corporate will hear about this, health inspection will be notified along with BBB especially.

  extremely unprofessional and disgusting and purposeful making us wait for corporate number and grabbing chicken with their hands extremely unsanitary for those eating here, the manger is extremely unprofessional and showed aggression and began raising their voice and denying our food and service and the irmo manger confirmed it was okay but she only began getting scared and worried that her whole accent changed because she knew she messed bad, this is insane that the other manger at irmo confirmed everything and this one here that the food was given was not wanting to work with us, rest assured i will ensure corporate and the health inspectors get noticed about this and a new manger is station here with all new staff to form a restructure lol because wow… all she had to do Amber… all she had to do was replace some chicken for the principle but the way it got so heated she gave us the food at 5:01 and at 5:05 gave us the number to corporate trying to delay from me calling, well rest assure it’s going to be up there and reported to health inspection, bbb, and corporate!
