  There’s a drive-through and the AI thing didn’t work for our shoe orders so the lady got so mad at us and was asking what we were doing when we were genuinely just trying to order our Bojangles and then I proceeded to order and then she said “are you the passenger” and I said “yes” because it was my order and then she said no the driver needs to order so the driver ended up ordering and then she was completely angry for no reason. if I could put negative stars, I would that lady was so rude.

  Stopped by Bojangles drive-thru today around 11:08am and had a great experience. The gentleman working the window was friendly, professional, and had an awesome attitude. My order was correct, fresh, and served quickly. It’s always nice to be greeted with good customer service — definitely made my day better. Keep up the great work!

  Rude management team, and unprofessional. I point blank had the manager say when I pulled up to then window that " do I not realize that she has a headset on and I am to loud. All the while it is an automated voice taking the orders. How rude? My response to her was how am I supposed to know you are wearing a headset. I just could not believe a manager would be so rude and speak to a PAYING customer like that. I submitted a complaint online and the district manager calls and pacifies me and says oh i will send a giftcard here it is a month later and received nothing. At this point keep the gift card and throw the whole restuarant away.

  The food and beverage were inedible and the drive thru employee didn’t speak or look at me. What a waste of money.

  Very rude staff at this location. I ordered a Bojangles sauce and didn't get it and when I asked for a honey mustard at the window the girl scoffed and visibly dramatically rolled her eyes like I was inconveniencing her. Then a honey mustard was thrown to her. She made sure to make it VERY apparent that she was charging me for the extra sauce which I don't mind, but then only got 1/2 I payed for.
