I had to explain why that’s not okay and why it’s false advertising just to get a refund. If you’re going to charge extra, at least let customers know upfront that you can’t make the full item as advertised. Poor communication and customer service, definitely not what I expected from Baskin Robbins.

I assumed so since their posted closing time is 10pm and all of their lights were still on. Listen to me that was just straight disrespectful, a simple "sorry we're closed early" or anything else would've been acceptable a word at all. If you're not going to respect the customers that PAY YOUR BILLS, you need to close .

The store smelt like fresh waffle cones when I walked in and the ice cream is unbeatable. The service from the staff and as well as new management was outstanding. The owner is very nice and social to all the customers when I visited during peak busy hours. Thank you for the great service and will continue to keep coming!

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
