Went to lunch today for the kings Hawaiian Fish sandwich. A few bites in, I tasted something burnt. Opened my sand which and my bread was BLACK. I think only half of the top was black which was why I was able to get through part of it without noticing. Needless to say I will not be back.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment with my recent visit to one of your locations.
I have always enjoyed Arby’s and typically have a good experience, which is why this visit was so surprising. Unfortunately, all of the food I received was cold. The quality and freshness were far below what I have come to expect from your brand.
This experience was very disappointing, and it did not reflect the standards Arby’s is known for. I believe this issue needs to be addressed to ensure other customers do not have the same experience.

My dad was craving Arby’s, so I happened to take him here. We are very patient people, so we were taking an extended lunch. There were only three total workers in the whole restaurant that day, but man were they determined to get the job done! Our food was fast and fresh even with the limited number of workers. Mad props to the team that works here!
