My experience today was not satisfying. I ordered a Bacon Swiss Chicken Sandwich and what I got was Chicken Swiss Cheese with Ham on top..No tomato or lettuce..Repeat Ham no Bacon..I Love Arby's but this was my worse experience ever

There's like half a teaspoon worth of cheese on the medium size sandwich. That's a crap ton of meat with virtually no cheese. There's usually cheese all throughout and even all over the wrapper. And there's barely any Arby's sauce either. All 3 sandwiches we ordered were like this. I just spent $60 for nothing. This is the type of thing that makes me never return to certain businesses.

Ordered on the app. Went through the drive thru. Manager came over the speaker over the drive thru worker talking. Was very rude stating she didn't have my order under my name. Well come to find out it was under my last name for some reason. She said they were making it now and told me to pull to the other side.(whatever that means) Waited for over 20 minutes watching the drive thru worker run 5 people's food out, after my order was suppose to be ready 10 minutes before I arrived. Drive thru worker tells me, "oh you had the internet order I think you need to come inside." Go inside and they act like I just got there calling it back. In the back they said they were waiting on the chicken sandwich. So now I ordered over 46 mins ago and my food is still not ready. Got the food with no napkins, no utensils, and no sauces, which was selected on the app. All the food items were also cold ehich makes no sense if it all had to be fresh. I understand sometimes wait times can be longer but no need for stank attitude and stank faces. Not one apology or care was giving by any employee I had an interaction with. NEVER SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!

Was told in the drive thru that I had to wait on chicken to cook for my sandwich around 10 minutes which was fine until I got the sandwich and it was as thin as cardboard and was cold after waiting the ten minutes
