  They’re very short staffed but won’t hire any help. People with the experience they want and need they will not hire them. Trash from employees stocking are left in shopping carts on different isles. Forklift pallets of produce left in the middle of isles which is a hazard. The managers aren’t really helping. They don’t help at all actually. You make a phone call to speak to a manager and you’re waiting at least ten minutes before you’re answered. The GM never shows his face when the store needs him. You can’t ever directly speak to him either. One of the managers are really rude and she feels like she doesn’t even care as long as she’s the manager. The other manager is cool just seems very inexperienced with what he’s doing doing. We can tighten up some. Food Lion will always give you great deals for being a MVP customer I must say but when you walk in, it’s rare that you’ll see someone working in the customer service area so be prepped to wait for help there.

  Manager Lexi is very rude and refuses to give refunds when asked. They keep putting items in front of the wrong tag so it will ring up more at the register than what you’re expecting to pay. Then the cashier will not give a refund. Lexi threw my items down and went to the back then never returned. I asked for a refund and they all ignored me and kept on ringing up customers. The cashier then balled up my receipt and threw it in his trash can by the register. I was just thoroughly embarrassed and felt so disrespected after spending my money at this store. I won’t be returning to food lion anymore. I was a regular customer almost daily. They all are very rude at this location.
