I saw an elderly lady ask for help and she refuse bc she was busy.. so I went got the supervisor and and she said she was not going back there.. how u wanna make money, but staff refuse to help.. I called customer while I was in the store and it said experiencing higher than usual, I held and it then said, hours they were closed.🤦🏾♀️

Black female told me that food Lion no longer allows over the counter purchases. to be made. I wanted no trouble and said I had cash. I don't want her to call police like she did when she was mngr. of Fairfield Rd store uh card sometimes requires tax. To avoid line rage or returning everything I asked for $.14. It would have taken as long to empty my purse. Then .. or go out to car. One cashier paid the $1 plus once and I returned it 10 fold I think. So when she approached me that day I remembered. Without receipt you can't file a complaint. Prior to her a believe a 5 points mngr. Then the real loss was that previous with daughter. Boy did she and employees "
