Employees do their job well but this is the sorriest Food Lion I have been too. Selection are terrible. Meat market never has meat. No existent bakery. Hard to find common brands in all sorts of categories.

We came in and there were no buggies in the building to use, we saw one that had three small items in it and was obviously not being used by anyone. It looked as though it was left there. If you had “reduced items” maybe find somewhere to put them other than a buggy when they are made for shoppers. And maybe not call out to an employee across the building talking about “look at the front of the buggy” more than three times while pointing at us while we are confused trying to check out. Like anyone reads the small square in front with a piece of random paper in it. A white piece of paper with pencil written “reduced” barely even legible. It was rude and borderline unnecessary. Get your staff to get buggies and maybe people won’t have to find something to work with. Didn't get her name but she seemed to be the manager on duty at 3:30 October 21st. Check your management/staff they need some work. Also the fruit is always molding everytime I come in here. You got bigger problems than a customer using a buggie ma’am. Fix your priorities.

I’m a regular customer at this store and I’m finding it slowly but surely deteriorating. The quality of their produce has fallen off, a lot of holes on the shelves, and poor management in the deli area. Allison who is a very dedicated employee runs the deli department, if she isn’t present the deli department is pretty much non existent. Case and point, I visited the store today and Marilyn, who is the assistant manager was covering for Allison because she was off today 10/19/2025. It was almost noon and the wing bar wasn’t open. I asked Marilyn if the wing bar was going to be open today and she said without any explanation in a nasty tone “No!” That store has major issues, which need to be addressed immediately.
