  Attempted to run through the drive thru Friday 4/10/26 after work on my way home (between 5-5:30 pm) and there were only two other people pulling up in front of me with no one else in line. I was so excited to try Dutch Bros for the first time. They have cones set up in the drive thru lane and the first truck that went in was too big to fit through the cones so someone got out of that truck and moved the cones (all the while two Dutch Bros employees are standing at the menu waiting to take our orders), and they drove their truck in and the car behind them followed and then that guy blocked me off from coming in with the cones. He looked at me, looked at the cone, then looked at the employee and ran away and got back in his truck. The employee that watched this entire situation locked eyes with me and then looked the other way...literally. It made me so upset that I will never give this company any of my hard earned money. I was trying to treat myself to cheer me up after an already hard week and this just only made it worse.

  I had an amazing first couple experiences at this Dutch Bros location in the beginning but since returning that has unfortunately changed. I ordered one large horchata chai and the entire cup was FILLED with ice. I got about 10 sips in before my drink was gone and it was still halfway full of ice even after that. I have tried 3 different coffees and all of them have been horrible. Majority lacked flavor even after ordering extra sweet as others suggested. The latte I got was so bad it tastes like burnt coffee and milk despite me getting a caramelizar. It’s not worth my time or money to continue to return and experiment with drinks that I don’t end up enjoying. It might be best for this location to work out all of their kinks and try again later down the line.

  As much as I am loathe to give bad reviews, this location just can’t accommodate a Dutch Bros. There’s only one entrance and exit and they are one way and on different streets. The traffic gets backed up to Devine street and this morning, the elderly gentleman directing traffic was yelling and pointing at cars saying they couldn’t come in to the drive thru since it was full. It was frustrating to drive all the way out there and not be able to even order.

  I normally don’t leave bad reviews, however the guy directing people in was rude. He told us to either move up or move. It is a Saturday, it is not our fault you guys can not direct traffic correctly. There is a way to go about things and this older gentleman was rude and disrespectful. If you can’t talk to people nicely don’t work in customer service point blank. Also while we were ordering we had to move up 4 times. So it took longer to order. I will not return to this location again. I still like Dutch Bros but this location is not it.

  I came to this Dutch Bros on its grand opening date, 3/30/26, to check it out, and it was really cool! I’m not really a specialty coffee drinker, and I didn’t get anything to eat, so I can’t really substantively comment on those types of things, but the overall setup, ambiance, and customer service were fantastic! The two (2) girls working there were so friendly, and took the time to chat with me about their jobs and the company for a few minutes, and seemed genuinely enthusiastic to be working there. That’s pretty rare for a chain restaurant, so they must be doing something right on the company-wide level! My one (1) concern is that the parking lot was A.) kind of confusing, and B.) pretty tight, which wasn’t great for ingress and egress. Nevertheless, Dutch Bros was great, and if they can keep the same energy, will definitely be a great addition to the local community!
