  I didn’t get a chance to taste the food or drink because the customer service at the window was horrible. The young lady who took my order was just so rude and disrespectful. After receiving such bad customer service, I didn’t even want the drink or food anymore, so I just left and went to Starbucks

  The girl taking the orders is rude and very uninterested. Sounds completely bored and inconvenienced when talking to you, doesn’t greet you and doesn’t say anything other than to ask if you need a straw. The manager is just sitting there on her phone. I ordered an Iced Hazelnut Dunkalatte drink and added Butter Pecan syrup. You can’t even tell there is anything added. Not sweet at all.

  To start, the wait time was far too long for a Sunday morning. There were only five cars ahead of me, yet I still waited around 20–25 minutes. Secondly, after leaving and getting down the road, I realized the coffee was disappointing. The butter pecan swirl only had one pump instead of the usual three, which made a noticeable difference in taste. Overall, this experience was frustrating, and I won’t be returning to this location. There’s definitely room for improvement.

  This place is ridiculous! You pull up and try to order and all the employees are in the parking lot hanging around one of the cars yet over the speaker they are telling people they are closed. With zero explanation. Don’t waste your time or money, starbucks is right down the street !
