I brought that to the lady at the drive through window and she told me to pull up and park. After about 3-5 minutes the woman came out with the bag and just handed it to me without a sorry for the wait or sorry for the inconvenience. She had a look of being angry about do her job. This DD needs to have a better staff. Some of these bad seeds are ruining the good that some of these employees are doing. I don't know the lady's name but she is black with braids. Please have her check her attitude.

She actually closed the window in my face when I asked for the corporate office number to complain about her attitude. “It’s on the receipt “ as she slammed the window closed. My intention is to report her to corporate and hopefully she’ll be replaced with someone who is pleasant and professional. UPDATE: the transaction was not refunded. Called corporate office because I found out Christina is the actual store manager. It’s $15.51 and instead of refunding my money, she was extra nasty and deceitful by lying about the refund. So I will be reporting this manner until she gets what she deserves. This is why the store is gloomy and dark because of leadership. And there is no way corporate sees these reviews and still has her running that store.
