- NJNami Johnson3 days ago1.0This is the 1st time i went to this location after dropping my son off early at daycare. I waited in line for 15mins. I said I wanted an iced-no ice caramel coffee with an extra expresso shot and oat milk. I did not get that WHATSOEVER !!

It used to be nice but over time has just got worse! Last Sunday one of the staff members forgot my son’s munchkins donuts and she told my husband “we don’t have the sprinkles just tell her she will be fine” how RUDE! My husband corrected her that they were for my son! So to assume that me or my 4 year old would be fine was crazy. I should also add that they were “assorted” so we didn’t care but it was principal! Every Sunday we come something is messed up! Now today our order was canceled 15 minutes before arriving to the store and not just because they didn’t have 1 item, they cancelled all 5 items because they simply didn’t feel like making it! Although Dunkin is affordable you are better off going to Starbucks the street over and getting your money worth on drinks, food items, & most importantly customer service!!! This happening every Sunday before church has killed our mood for the day every single time. Please go somewhere else.
