- WSW Scott4 days ago1.0Came in for donuts. Poor selection, not great tasting. No employee in the store when Ii arrived...came in a couple minutes after I arrived and was almost nonverbal. I definitely won't be coming vack, no matter how desperate I might be for a donut.

There were four employees this morning and still couldn't get two donuts and a reasonable amount of time. Typically one employee this early in the morning and they are usually faster.

When I went inside this Dunkin's to pick up my online order, I was not greeted nor was I acknowledged by any team member. A team member even proceeded to take another customer's order that came in the after I had. I had to tell the team member that I was next. She then tells me oh we'll be right with you and proceeded to take the customer's order that came after I did. Another team member stepped in and stated I will get your order ready. All of your team members should be properly trained in customer service skills and understand how to treat people fairly. I have been coming to this location for a while but after this experience, I will not be back.
