  Had a great time at Dave & Buster’s! The atmosphere was fun, the games were exciting, and everything was well-kept. Madelyn was an excellent server—very attentive, friendly, and made our experience truly enjoyable. Food and drinks came out on time and everything tasted great. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to!”

  Paid $120 for a $60 unlimited play card and I lost the card. They said they could replace it but they replaced it with a one day unlimited card. That’s not what I paid for then they couldn’t fix it and they gave me some points that I don’t even use in a one-day pass. I don’t even tend to return there ever again.

  Dominique was exceptionally nice and courteous. This was my first time here and she was patience and explained the menu while recommending suggestions. I had my Grand-daughter and Great-grand-daughters with me and she was extremely supportive, helpful and tentative to their wants as well. Because her outstanding and excellent service I will definitely be returning. Sincerely, Annetta

  We celebrated our son‘s 16th birthday at Dave & Buster’s. The experience was great. Our server was Dominique. I loved her friendliness, her knowledge about the menu, which was really really helpful because so many times I eat restaurants and sometimes the staff cannot give advice about the menu. Dominique knew the menu. She made us feel at home and checked on us frequently. I am so glad we chose Dave & Buster’s for our twin son.

  Me being from Columbia SC I am used to not always having a great dining experience but tonight this was awful experience. Especially since it was my son’s birthday weekend. The management is incompetent and only catered to a large group that was there. Everyone else who was told a moderate wait time was pushed back. We were told 45 minutes for a table and waited a hour and 15 with no explanation as to why it’s taking so long. Additionally once seated( our waitress was great and communicated well), however the managers were walking around aimlessly as we waited for food. After being told we were next 30 minutes had passed and only after saying we wanted the food comped so that we could leave did the manager come. If you have anywhere else to go for a family night out go there instead of here.
