When I arrived he was sitting down. He acted as if I was bothering him. He did not want to help me. It was evident I didn't matter to him as a customer. He could care less. He was somewhat rude. He gave me cups for the drinks. He said something I could not hear with his back turned from me. When I said I couldn't him. He became agitated. He was unkind and does not know how to treat customers. He needs customer service training DESPERATELY!!!!
