Really appreciated how they put it together and remembered my fork and napkins. Only downside was that they clearly prioritized the drive thru pick up and weren’t prepared for the inside pick up. Definitely prefer this location over the two notch road one!!

The customer service is consistently horrible, and they never seem to have chicken available, which is frustrating when that’s one of their main menu items. On top of that, the lines are always extremely long because there’s usually only one person working the front. Poor staffing, poor service, and poor overall experience.

The worst part about this location is the skimp on labor. At 12:45pm (peak lunch rush) they have 2 people on the line and allow the line to go out the door. Meanwhile their general manager sits in the back office while customers wait 20 mins for a bowl and their employees stress out. Very poor management, and it makes sense why they have under 3 stars.

The excuse was “it’s prepaid.” Its 12:30 prime lunch hours and you don’t have steak or fajitas but when you have a line wrapped in the inside you can’t simple use the steak that’s already prepared. This Chipotle has never been up to standard and it’s definitely my fault that I come back in hopes it changes. Some things should be common sense to get the customer that are in line paying for food taken care of.
