  It's ok, I don't understand adding rice inside a burrito. To me it is just filler. It must be a California thing. Service, food, and atmosphere were average. Overall, it was ok.

  The young track star had a meet near Columbia Friday night. Since she runs the last race, it was a late exit and all that running and jumping builds a mighty appetite! There were many choices but young "Gabbi Thomas" cant resist a burrito as big as her head. We pulled into Chipotle, happy the line wasn't 100 deep. In fact there were just 5 people visible through the window. It went down hill after that. The line was only 5 deep but moved soooo slow. Apparently they get a lot of pick up orders which kept breaking in on the orders of the people who were standing in line. It wouldn't have been so bad but most of the staff moved like they were swiminning through molasses, or maybe guacamole in this case. They were stoic. Nothing could phase them. Nothing could rattle them. Nothing could hurry them. A good trait if you are a brain surgeon or airline pilot, but not so good in a restraunt with increasingly impatient patrons. Heck, they cycled 160 boys through 21 heats of the 200 meter dash faster than they got 5 people thier burritos. Did I mention the place was a mess? They were so busy maintaining thier stoic composure they apparently didnt have time to clean. Or restock the knives and forks. Or cook more steak. But they did have time to stack up all the chairs in the place to keep people from sitting so they could get out early. Or at least thats my suspicion of thier motivation. It was nearly 2 hours to close BTW. After 15 - 20 mins of wait, the burrito was finally complete. Flo Jo Jr reported it was excellent as we sped down the freeway home. I guess thats what matters in the end.

  I ordered a chick rice bowl, but there is hardly any chicken in it. Not just once I noticed more then 7/8 times . I ignored because I like chipotle, but it’s very bad in this location. Not coming to chipotle ever again.

  You wait until you make our bowl to tell us you're out of lettuce and shredded cheese. No you're not. You just don't want to go get it out an hour before you close. How do I know this? It's not the first this has happened at this location. I will tell you- they don't tell you they're "out" of something until you get to it. They make 75% of your bowl before they tell you. That's fine you can throw it in the trash since you didn't tell me what you were "out" of. Oh and on top of that the girl who started our bowl left and we stood there a good 5 minutes before someone came to help.

  I don’t know why this place has bad reviews it’s the best chipotle I’ve been too so generous with the amount of food they give you the female in the front was very pleasant she did her job so well i applaud her how she handled the crowd great customer service give her a raise!!
