  No Carne Assada, so I can't give 5 stars, new employees on register, and no ice. However, clean and friendly.

  I wish I had read the reviews, I ordered online and waited at the digital or online drive through window where I saw someone walking back and forth and didn’t bother to look my way or come to the window to see if I needed help, there were orders on the rack and I’m sure it was mines because I had to go inside and ask whether the window was open and they said yes, after all of that they went to the back where I was originally waiting and bought my food to the walk-in area, even after I let them know I was waiting and the person that was walking back and forth didn’t budge to come help me and still I couldn’t get a response or even a courtesy apology for having to wait while no one had the common customer service courtesy to acknowledge a paying customer. I was instantly upset that I had tipped on my online order.

  This location needs help. Chicken cooking with no one up front and waiting a while. Waited to be checked out. All counters where food was were dirty and tables all dirty. No ice in the machines and no napkins. Guac tasted as if someone dumped salt in it.

  The atmosphere is always good as well as the friendly staff. The staff are helpful when asked for assistance. I like that, and it says alot about the restaurant, to whether you're coming back or not. Thank you for your service to the community.

  Everyone working today, 3/14, should be fired. There were four groups of customers that came in at 10:45 when they opened. There were 7 people working so they weren’t short staffed. They weren’t ready. Initially they said 10 - 15 minutes, which is fine. The entire time they were complaining about customers being there at 10:45. One of them said “who wakes up at 10:30 and wants to come here” At 10:50 someone came to serve us but they didn’t make the cilantro lime rice and only wanted to serve plain rice. I said I would wait for the cilantro lime and the response was “this is all we have now” They had the lime and cilantro on the prep table waiting to be made. Needless to say I left and wont be back.
