  I just luv this location!! Especially for my third time ever in my life visiting this chain restaurant. I've never eaten Chipotle before but it's really gud!

  I'm going to get straight to the point just straight up rude. I mean who hired this staff? They don't even greet you at the counter the girl who was making my food was so rude she'd barely looked in my face and did not give me not one moment to even consider what I even want on my bowl. Just rushed me straight through the line. And yes she had a tremendous attitude along with it. The cashier lady seemed a little mature but even she did not even know how to speak and say hello. Just rushed me through the payment option even forgot to ask me for something to drink. The area that this Chipotle is located at should really represent and reflect its location. Trash should be dumped and floors should be clean, especially if you have five crew members standing around laughing. I wish I was making this up. But this is not a good look for this location.Attitude needs to be adjusted and the cleansiness of the location needs to be fixed. If this location is hiring I will gladly accept a management position and get this place cleaned up properly. You can reach me through google. I will respond promptly . And yes I have experience. My crew would be picked precisely and they would turn this place around in a heartbeat. Because people stil will shop don't mean ignore these reviews. This is not how you treat customers.

  I live right next door so I've been to this location many times, and not a single time has my pickup order been ready within 15 minutes of my scheduled pickup time. Tonight I got there a couple of minutes after my scheduled pickup and I was still standing there waiting for 20 minutes. I was the only person waiting for a pickup order at first, and she asked for my name and then started making my bowl, and then just didn't give it to me for 15 minutes! This has happened multiple times. I watched about 40 people go through the regular line and get their food with no problems in the time I was waiting. I have also had to get customer service to refund me MULTIPLE TIMES for giving me completely the wrong order even though it was my name on the bag. If you come to this Chipotle, just go through the line. DO NOT do a pickup order.

  I recently visited Chipotle and had a very disappointing experience. The line was extremely long, and the wait time was much longer than expected. When I finally got my food, it was burnt, which made the long wait even more frustrating. I asked if my food could be remade or if I could get a refund, and the staff responded with an attitude, as if I was doing something wrong for speaking up. On top of that, they were only accepting cash, which was very inconvenient and not clearly communicated beforehand. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional. As a customer, I expect properly prepared food, clear communication, and respectful service. I’m hoping this was just a one-time issue and that things improve for future visits.

  Don't know what's wrong with the night shift/evening staff but they need a real attitude adjustment. About 2 weeks ago I tried to come to this location at around 7p and just stood in line and waited. Staff never acknowledged the person in front of me (first person in line) and after about 10 minutes of this he walked out and I followed. Before leaving, the line was to the front doors waiting on the workers to get it together. Went to another location and received exceptional service. Went to try them again this past weekend since it's the closest one to me, it was around 8p this time and I'm the only one in line. The cook and cashier were too busy in their conversation to acknowledge me that someone from way back in the store decided to come up and help me. Majority of the stuff I wanted was not available, again at 8p, but against my better judgement I still ordered. When the cashier finally got done with talking, she finally decided to ring out the order. I had to repeat what I said to her multiple times as she was very occupied with her phone at the register, saying "Huh?" when I asked a question or responded to hers. Overall on both occasions, and prior visits, the night/evenings should not at all be acceptable. Trash cans in the dining area overflowing, no utensils or napkins, and dirty tables. Those are things that have constantly been seen on my visits. Unfortunately, the last two times were my last and I'd gladly drive across town to not have to deal with that.
