- RWRenee Washington3 days ago4.0Usually Chick-fil-A doesn't disappoint, but today no salt on the fries, and the regular drive-thru was moving faster than the mobile line. There should be a spot for people to pull up of their order is not ready, literally 4 cars in front me got their orders meanwhile the first car had not, leading to a backup.

I’m leaving this review based off one bad apple, the skinny little white girl with the snotty attitude working morning to early lunch shift, really left me with a lasting impression. I don’t know her name, but she had the worst condescending attitude. Why spend money where you clearly are not welcomed. So many other wonderful restaurants to choose from.

Food all over the floor and when I went to get a refill was ignored...then finally the cashier came and stood in front of me with so much as a greeting or smile. Will not be visiting this location again...I've never had such a horrible experience at this brand or this location. A big never again for me.

They were doing their best to get everyone through but it was still a 25 minute deviation from our trip to get off the interstate, into the shopping center where it was, they're getting the double line in order takers outside just to get two meals. It just took too long
