  I place and paid for an order online for two simple meals that was supposed to be ready at 12:30, I arrived at the location at 12:35 food was not ready. No big deal. She told me they was just bagging the food up another, 15 minutes went by before I actually got my food, Even though the staff apologize about the long wait as soon as I got to my car, I realize that all the food except for Tenders was cold. If you’re gonna have me wait 20 minutes past my schedule pick up order for my food. I at least expected to be hot. 2/10

  As much as I want to try this place I am unsure.5his place is cooking things that don't take much to cook and still can't focus on good customer service....looking at the reviews they won't even cook the food properly. I'll be coming with a camera if I do come. Be prepared IF I come.

  Was seated at the bar 15 mins before anybody said a word to me then I went another 15 mins without even being able to order a drink so I left. And the place wasn't even packed. One large party and maybe 2 or 3 normal sized tables. Went next door to BJs instead.

  It took over an hour and 15 minutes from me entering the nearly empty restaurant until I had my very dry chicken dippers sitting in front of me (this appeared to not only be in my section but for the restaurant as a whole (not the wait staffs fault but probably a slow/understaffed back of house)). The only factor that caused me to give more than 1 star is the fact that the host and waitress were both pleasant.
