  We celebrated my wife’s birthday with dinner at the Forest Acres Bonefish Grill location. We ordered the mixed grill for two with sliced ahi tuna, a salmon fillet, mahi fillet, & a shrimp skewer. It was perfectly cooked and very flavorful. Our au gratin potatoes and pan asian brussel sprouts were also very good. Perhaps the best part of our experience was the service we received from our server Cora. She knew the menu well enough to make great recommendations for us, and addressed my wife’s sensitivity to hot spices by working with the kitchen staff to have all of the included sauces served “on the side”. She was very attentive, and kept our bread and drinks filled without our asking. Cora’s courtesy, friendliness, and professionalism were refreshing in our experience of post-Covid dining out. Great job, Cora and Bonefish Grill!

  Jake was an excellent Server. He was spot on during the entire meal. Brittany on the other hand was Out Of This World. The kitchen was out of the entrée that we had selected. Grouper with a Crab Cake. Brittany explained, very apologetically, that they sold out the day before. No problem for us, we just picked other menu items. During our entrée Brittany came out with 3 Crab Cakes for our party. Outstanding Customer Service. I know that she is a Manager but she would certainly benefit your organization if she would be elevated to a Training Officer with a huge pay raise. The benefit that she would bring would be repayed 10 fold. Thank you Brittany. Dennis and Linda Toner

  John Ford (Manager), O-L-I-V-I-A ( OLIVIA my new favorite bartender), and Levi (our server) made our night incredibly memorable. John consistently came by our table ensuring that we were taken care of and pleased with our service and our food. Levi, our server was very kind and attentive to our needs. Now…let’s talk about OLIVIA, she’s the bees knees, its legs and its arms!! The smoked Old Fashioned she made me…baby, it was the smoothest. She allowed the top glass to be kept on until I decided to take it off. I asked to speak with her (it was extremely busy), she made time spoke with us took pictures and we cheered on the team. She’s absolutely amazing not only in bartending but her personality is stunning…I mean it absolutely shines!!! We can’t wait to return to see them again. This team made it all worth while! Thanks guys for making our girls night one to remember! ❤️
