  Not the place I want to be caught at. Food is tasteless and sometimes i get a surprise something in my order. Something they placed thete and I didn't order.

  Management lack leadership and professionalism and needs to treat their workers better than what I witnessed on my visit there 03/29/26 during breakfast.Feel as though the manager actions needs to be reviewed

  My family and I went through the drive-thru and everything with our order was fine—we were happy with the food and service. However, when we came inside to use the restroom, I witnessed something that completely changed my experience. A manager was loudly degrading a young employee in a way that customers could clearly hear. The employee looked very young, possibly a teenager, and while I’m glad he stood up for himself, it was uncomfortable and unnecessary to witness. That moment really took away from an otherwise good visit and honestly made it hard to feel good about supporting a place that treats its employees that way, especially young workers. I hope management takes this seriously and works on creating a more respectful environment.

  I recently visited Bojangles and had a disappointing experience while waiting for my order. While I was in line, an employee stepped aside to take what he said was an emergency phone call from his grandmother. When he returned and asked where he was needed, the manager began loudly reprimanding him in front of customers and coworkers. The situation became uncomfortable to watch, and it felt very unprofessional. Another employee eventually stepped in to calm things down. The way the employee was spoken to came across as belittling, and it was understandable that he tried to stand up for himself. I later noticed he was sent home, which didn’t seem fair given the situation. Unfortunately, this interaction took away from my overall experience. I hope management handles situations like this more professionally in the future.

  My husband walked inside Waited 7 minutes standing at the register,the lady working saw them and the people behind him, turned to their coworker and said they're going to have to wait. He counted four workers and This bojangles has an automated drive thru... dont know why anyone had to wait despite not wanting to work, but we left and won't ever go back to this location...we recommend you do the same. The one in Elgin is amazing, that's where we went.
