  This BOJANGLES!!! Always disappoints, I knew from the last time not to come back. If you want eat it, WHY SERVE IT??? Ur food cost is not the customer concern. Quality food is my concern, my money. So please stop telling people it's fresh and it's been sitting under the heat lamp since 6AM.

  If I could give zero stars I would. Went to this location on March 10, 2026 @approximately 7:30pm. Ordered a 20 piece family meal with 4 sides. Was told that we needed to wait 15-20 minutes for fresh chicken. Ok no problem. Waited. Got home and we have 6 pieces of chicken and incorrect sides. My husband calls the store back, no answer. He goes back to the store and was told that he has to pay more for the chicken they never put in the box or to bring back the food in order to get a refund. Why would we pay again for chicken we already paid for that we didn’t receive in the 1st place? This is not the 1st time we had an issue with this location. Maybe employees need more training or get better employees because we shouldn’t have to double pay on an order we’ve already paid for. I will be contacting corporate in regards to all employees on tonight’s shift.

  New drive-thru automated speaker system does not work well for people whom want to navigate or customize away from menu. It is best to go in with these types of orders however, they are usually under staffed leaving the front register as a last priority to maintain a good drive thru time, one could assume in my opinion.
