- MJMelissa JordanMar 27, 20263.0The cook was top notch he was more worried about me getting back to work on time than any of the others he was great and deserves a raise and maybe a promotion to manager. It was a little busy. They ran out of chicken. There was a lady there for a door dash and she had shown up at the wrong location. The cashier and the other staff that were not cooking were not very savvy. It took a while to figure out who she was picking up for and they did decide to fill the order for her there(which was nice). I had to remind them of my order several times. And had to point out the receipt pinned on the wall a few times. Then she was ready to send me off without everything I ordered. I had to show her my receipt to get the sides I ordered. She just packed the chicken and didn't even check to see what else was ordered. Then she just kind of slapped it into the bag and slung it at me as if she was mad about me getting everything I paid for (which some of it was for an elderly patient that can't get out and getting Bogangles is a treat for her). Overall not a bad experience but some of the staff do not work well under pressure.

If you go in during breakfast hours your bow rounds always taste like they were reheated from the day before they're dry And hard, thank you so much. And sometimes their biscuits are the same way. If you go in after ten o'clock, your food's usually pretty good quit the city. Could be the difference in the morning and lunchtime cooks?Who knows
