  I arrived at 9:00 PM (3/24), an hour before closing, but was turned away by an employee who said they were “out of everything.” Just 30 seconds later, another employee walked out with multiple bags of food. When I asked if any fries were available, because that’s all I came for, I was told I could check to see if they would “drop any more food”. I attempted to go back in, but the door was locked. This inconsistency, along with the lack of clear communication, I’m left to believe the employees just did not want to prepare more food, reflecting poor customer service.

  Always great at this Bojangles. One of my favorite places for just a quick bite or for dinner for the whole gang.

  This is the 4th time that we have come to this location and they are out of CHICKEN.. HOW???? If I could give it negative i would. I do not recommend anyone to order online or on their app because if they don’t not have your order. You have to send a email to corporate. I relocated from Illinois and every time I have tried to give them a try they always fail. They really need to just close this location down

  I don't live near this Bojangles, but have had two occasions in the last six months to get breakfast here. Both times, the food was fresh and hot, the Bo Rounds were the best I've ever had, and customer service was top notch!
