    I was very disappointed in this Bojangles. It was around lunchtime and I ordered a Ham, egg and cheese biscuit with extra ham. Once the guy at the window closed the window, you could hear him and another guy in the store complaining about having to cook the ham. The "window" guy told me it would be a few minutes and I told him okay. I finally got my biscuit and left. When I got home, I took the biscuit apart and there was ONLY ONE PIECE OF HAM!!! I got charged $1.79 for the extra hame and DID NOT GET IT!!! You can bet that IF i ever go back to that Bojangles, I will check my biscuit BEFORE I LEAVE!!!

    I had a really disappointing experience at this Bojangles location. The employee at the drive-thru was extremely rude and shoved my food through my car window without saying anything. On top of that, my order was missing an item. When I reversed back to the window to let them know, I sat there for a while with no acknowledgment. Eventually, someone came over shoving my missing item at me without any communication. To make things worse, the item they gave me was still wrong. As someone who also works in the food industry, this level of service is unacceptable. Basic courtesy and attention to orders should be the standard, not the exception. I hope the company addresses this because customers deserve better.

    This morning was not great! I'm a Sonic lover and everyone who knows me knows that but dang people this is ridiculous. It doesn't matter what your job is or what your job title is, You should always take pride in what you do!     This place wasn’t even busy- there was no one in the drive thru before we got there. The food took forever and then when we finally got it after having park, it came out cold. Not sure what exactly took so long- unless it was making biscuits to go with the meals. The biscuits with the chicken tender meals were not cooked and still raw in the middle. The service was sloooow and comically terrible. The computerized drive thru system took twice as long as it needed to. Altogether, a big regret was pulling into this place for food. Just avoid it at all costs or expect to leave severely disappointed.

    I would like to preface this with the fact that I also work in fast food so im not being an over critical customer. So I pull up to the box, order a large 3 piece tender combo. I guess I didnt read my screen well enough (i apologize i worked 10 hours today). So then I pull up to the window and added an extra sauce to my order. Initially the cashier (woody according to my receipt, she has multi colored braids and is slightly overweight) was nice. I asked her to switch my drink out (because I ordered a different drink) and she did so! I appreciate that very much. After receiving my drink, I notice that my fry isnt a large. I asked her about it and she proceeds to hand me the receipt and says "you didnt order a large", slammed the window and walked away from it before I got a chance to request a refund And reorder. I promise im not trying to get free food im just tired after a long day of work. Again I understand that service workers are typically treated terribly by the public but this encounter kinda hurt my feelings:( I wasnt being mean or snarky. I apologized and I spoke in a respectful tone. Also I never got my sauce that I paid extra for and my food was lukewarm at best.
