I ask for a waffle cone and as the cashier was putting my ice cream scoop into the cone it broke & on top of that she was touching the cone with her bare hands ( disgusting) Then the manager then say to me that he could remake my cone but it will be 20 minutes. I definitely change my mind and just ask for a cup instead. Definitely a bad bad experience for me and highly upset that I still paid $15 for this type of customer service. And drove 20 minutes to such experience.. definitely won't be back!
