  Food was horrible. The gyro, bread was so hard, it was really difficult to bite. The gyro meat was dry as well.The fries were cold. It's been some years since I tried arbys, and I want be going back after getting this old horrible food. You should not serve someone something you wouldn't eat.

  I ordered the Meat and 3 this is an amazing special. The customer service was great. The service was fast and accurate. The food was fresh and delicious. The restaurant was nice and clean.

  Lazy workers. Order online a brisket and double beef & cheese. Open my food and the brisket was literally just a small amount of meat and BBQ sauce, no cheese and the crispy onions. The "double" beef & cheese was just the meat and bun, absolutely no cheese either. The amount of meat was most likely a single as well (unless they downsized). I go inside to complain and was told they no longer carry crispy onions at all...sure whatever. Put some cheese on my sandwiches atleast. The workers were incredibly rude the whole experience like I was inconveniencing them just by ordering. I can see why this place always looks abandoned and noone is ever in line.

  I ordered through the app and was skeptical of how quickly it would’ve ready. To my surprise and delight, the food was ready. My interaction with Cimaria, an employee at Arby’s was very positive. Great service and great food!
