  We will NEVER this location again. Allie K or Allie Kallie supposedly the shift leader was rude, dispondent AND unbothered. The drink my daughter received from her was awful and she basically said "oh well" This happened Easter Sunday. I demanded a refund and went to the location on Beltline which every time I have visited, so far, it has been a pleasant experience. We spoke with the shift lead on duty. I think it was David and he was really really kind and very very professional. He said he would pass the message on because they're supposedly was no manager on duty at the garners ferry location at the time of the incident. I plan to write a letter to the corporate. I've just been praying all week on how I should handle this. The other employees were not rude and was tried their best to help us. It did take a while to receive the drinks as well. I hope some changes are made but I won't be coming back to this location.

  I’ve stopped by this coffee spot four times now. The very first visit, right after they opened, was really impressive—but the last three trips have been disappointing. It shouldn’t take 20 minutes to get just two coffees when there are fewer than five cars ahead in line. On top of that, their “light ice” option seems completely misunderstood—they pile it in so the cup is mostly ice from top to bottom, leaving you with barely 4 ounces of actual coffee. Honestly, it’s frustrating because it used to be a great experience, but lately it feels like they can’t keep up with even a small crowd.
