  I came to this location yesterday and not only did it take forever to recieve my order, when I finally did, both of my items were incorrect. I ordered a large 7 fizz with blue raspberry, coconut and strawberry, extra sweet with cream, and a large hot chocolate with whip cream. I received a large 7 energy, with the correct flavoring, but no cream, and a large hot mocha latte, with no whip cream. It was 5 pm so I figured I would just save the energy drink for the next day but make sure to get the hot chocolate. I went back through and told them my drink was wrong and it was corrected. I went again today to give it another chance and my order was incorrect once again. This time I ordered a large chocolate shake and a large hot chocolate. I received the large hot chocolate but instead of my chocolate shake I received one that looked like it was just vanilla. I try the shake and it tastes like butterscotch so I decide to go back through the line once again to get my order corrected. While I was waiting my car was skipped twice and I had to roll the window down to ask someone to help me. I counted 6 people gathered at the car in front of me for at least 5 minutes while there was a line forming behind me. They informed me that my order was put in as a german chocolate shake that includes caramel and coconut. If I wanted a german chocolate shake wouldn't I have ordered it? I let it slide yesterday because mistakes happen when buisnesses are busy, but for it to happen two days in a row to the same person I can't imagine how many other people this is happening to. Please look into this issue.

  I was excited to try this for the first time until the blonde, scrawny, rude lady with quite an awful tan and blue shorts & shirt came to the window with a god awful attitude and made me feel STUPID for simply saying my name because I thought that's what she asked? She didn't even say hello and definitely makes other employees annoyed just being in her presence. Everybody else was nice but she just doesn't need to be in customer service setting that kind of example.

  This was an experiment on LARGE CUP (ya'll decide): QUALITY or QUANTITY to satisfy CUSTOMER..... Picture: I bought a Large Blue Razz Energy Drink NO ICE Reason I did this, is because I have been satisfied with their drinks with ICE Large Cup for a long time but wanted to see if the same satisfaction would meet that with NO ICE and would they serve customer the same amount as with NO ICE on LARGE Cup. Recommendation: Do not buy Large Cup NO ICE if you dont want to be unsatisfied Course of Action: Always buy Large Cup with ICE if you want to be satisfied #FeelingUnsatisfied #NeedsChange #StillDrinking7Brew #DontOverlookThis

  The 7 Brew Coffee off N Beltline Blvd is our "to go" spot, whenever my spouse and I desire a speciality coffee. Their drive thru is always quick and we never have to wait very long. Their menu offers a wide variety of delicious hot or cold drinks. Their staff is always very friendly and professional. Our last visit was jyst a few weeks ago, and we truly enjoyed everything we ordered. I'm pretty confident that we will return to this coffee shop 😋 in the near future 👍.

  i always come to this 7 brew and i love it, however i came through tonight and it was just me and 3 other cars in the line. the staff was rude and we waited in line for 15 minutes for our drinks, all the other cars had been served. the girl came up and completely forgotten our order, the drinks taste fine but this was a terrible experience there. the girls in there were laughing, singing and dancing while we waited for 15 minutes for our drinks. very disappointed
