  Absolutely the worst Wendy's I have ever visited. It is consistently bad. I've given them chance after chance and they can't get an order right to save their lives, the food is always cold or old... or both! And when you try to call to get the order corrected they don't answer the phone. Sanitation is disgusting there. And the employees (other than a select few over the last few months) are extremely rude and unpleasant. I will be calling the management company and health inspector to review this location. If I could leave a review of zero stars I would, but the least I could do was a 1 star. Honestly it doesn't even deserve that.

  Whoever is taking the money and taking the orders at 11:30 on Sunday, March 15, 2026 absolutely hate their job and possibly hate their life. Absolutely worst drive-through experience I’ve ever had. Rude people and acting like she can be rude because she said she’s worked there five years. She doesn’t know how to take an order… Very rude the girl taking the money at the first window is very rude. The food was cold Management… You have 3.6 stars get your stuff together crew. They act like this because they are allowed to get away with it. Horrible, horrible customer service

  never really a great experience I feel most fast food in rockhill has went way down in quality and care the last 5 years

  Service was extremely slow. The staff appeared unprepared and unprofessional. Management did not set a good example— the manager was wearing inappropriate pajama pants, which reflected poorly on the establishment overall. Give 2 star only because you feed me.
