  Everyone is always very polite at this location. The food is very good and it’s always hot but they have very good customer service here.

  The woman who took our order was so very rude to me. I did not deserve the way she snapped at me. Also the girls at the puck up window (were very sweet) asked us 4-5 times to repeat our order. We drove off to discover that a sandwich was missing. So our "quick trip" through the drive thru was looong and rude and made us late.

  Repeated my order several times before they finally got it right and then waited absolutely forever in the line. Not going back there.

  I ordered on the app. They took my money, but claimed they couldn't make my food because they couldn't find the order in their system. I was late back to work from lunch and went without food because of their digital incompetence. Then the manager Cynde just blamed the app. Telling me to cancel the order on the app and reorder. Worst experience ever and worst customer service I've ever experienced. I'll never go back to this chain as long as this behavior goes on.
