  Couple weeks ago, I was at self check out and an error came on screen, an employee walking past I asked for help. She said no, I don’t work in self checkout. I laughed cause might have been true but rude. I just left. Here we are today I walk up to a checkout line one older gentleman in front of me. 3 employees Giving excellent customer service I was listening and was acidly expressed. He was taking awhile which is understand I waited patiently. Then one employee looked over my shoulder to the lady who had just walked up behind me seconds ago and say excuse me, ma’am I’ll take you over here. Again, I thought nothing of it, but I walk up to the counter when it’s my turn not a single person even looked at me in my face said hello to me, smiled. The entire time I’m in line the person in front of me was getting all this customer service. The person in line behind me even though I was standing there for a minute or so was greeted pleasantly and brought to another line within seconds and not one of the three employees standing at that cash register that worked for Food Lion even bothered to look at me in my face, say hello or thank me for coming in. I’m just curious what I have to do different in food lion?

  Very convenient Food Lion located along a major road. Clean store and very friendly staff.
