    Just left this location and couldn't get to my car fast enough to do this review. Customer service from the young man that took our order was great. Then here it goes.... as we were sitting inside eating, the young lady decides she's going to sweep, and talk to someone on the phone at the same time. I have no problem with cleaning but don't make it to the table I'm sitting at and make me feel rushed. Also, even though you had your ear peice in while on the phone, my grandson and I didn't care to hear your end of your conversation. Won't be back!!!

    I came here to get the party pack which is 14 tacos My son is a picky eater and only eats meat and cheese on his tacos I ordered 12 soft tacos only meat and cheese and two regular hard tacos $26 and some change was my total when I got to the window I asked again did you get that I only want meat and cheese on my 12 soft tacos two people at the window assured me that's what they got I received my food drove home only to discover that I had 12 hard tacos two soft tacos all made with meat cheese and lettuce so I came back as I was walking in to let them know they messed up it dawned on me to look at my receipt to my surprise they didn't even ring it up the way I wanted it so I had to pay again to receive the correct order I don't understand how hard it is for a fast food establishment to train people the right way I understand you don't want your drive-thru time to run up but I would rather run my drive-thru time up and make sure my customers are happy then to half-ass my job and have a bunch of complaints not to mention it is pretty sad that it takes two people to count your change back because kids today don't know how to count money

    I hardly write reviews so when I do then I was really pleased or extremely disappointed.. I was extremely disappointed this time. I hate to say that I don’t think I would ever return to this location, and I work in a restaurant so I know how much you guys don’t care that me, one random person, is saying that, but if things stay the same then I won’t be the only one, so you should start caring. First off, which I know the workers did not personally add the kiosks, but I think also having a counter person would be beneficial given the kiosks only accept card and I needed to pay cash. Anyway, I waited around 7 minutes at the counter before someone came to take my order. The gentleman who came was extremely polite.. didn’t catch his name unfortunately but I should’ve because he deserves some kind of raise or recognition for as much work as he was doing.. which is controlling the drive thru and apparently the front counter. I assume he had to have been some sort of management because other than him I was helped by no other workers even though the other 3-4 who were working saw me standing there. I can understand if they were not trained to take orders, but I returned to the counter for a missing item which I’m sure they’re trained to make food since that’s what they were doing, definitely could’ve cut my time standing there waiting for anyone to assist me and I would’ve been able to enjoy my food better. All in all, this place needs some customer service work to be done. Food tasted like taco bell lmao, booths were falling apart but hey.. when only one man is truly working in the building I’m not sure you can expect much more. Disclaimer, it’s not that serious.. I just like to troll, but truly hire another person for the front counter or something. Kinda annoying to be stared at or walked past by people who even I know can help me really quick.
