The young woman who was my cashier at the drive thru was rude and acted like she didn't want to be there. I'll make my own tea from now on. They have lost a customer.

A few months passed before I realized I hadn’t been refunded. I went through the drive thru to order something else. Guy was super rude btw. I told the manager about my fiasco with never being refunded for the order I never got. She gives me a $15 gift card to compensate. I go to another Dunkin a week later and there’s nothing on the card. I refuse to ever go back.
