Horrible service. Orders made with automated service, it kept being wrong so It had to fix order 4 times before it was right. I'm not in delivery zone, I don't have car, my ride says to getride I gotta buy her pizza, I call back to add it. The times I'm about to explain do matter. Ride takes 10 to get here, 10 to strap in 3 car seats, to get the most from ride I paid for, I stop at Foodlion, 15 from my house, took 20 inside cause lines at register, drive the 5 to Dominoes, get pizza and drive 20 minutes home, from there it took 30 to get babies/pizza/groceries inside, put away, make plates, and my oldest says the pizzas wrong. I noticed he's right, can't find receipt, Call ride ask is it in the car, says she'll look when she gets home. 5 mins pass, she calls and it's not in car but her pizza is wrong, ham instead of hamburger, of 4 only cheese is right, one is ham, not hamburger, two are not stuffed crust, I call and tell them what happened, he says he took add on and I said Ham, not hamburger, I said ok, maybe phone cut out so heard ham, not his fault, he says no I read it back to you, I said ok maybe I did order wrong, but stuffed crust is $4 more, that's the issue, I corrected automated girl 4 times till she read it back right so BEFORE he added on the wrong pizza, the order was right. He said it says pan crust so i didn't pay for stuffed crust. I don't like to argue so I started to say ok it's fine, he cut me off, said I can redo whole order if you bring it back, i said I have no car, can't pay ride again to come back tonight, and my kids have started eating, and one was for my ride so by now she ate some too, and she won't go back out this late, and I can't bring 4 half pizzas, I don't want 3 more tonight, just one made right tomorrow, can I pay the extra $4 you said I didn't pay for the stuffed crust I wanted and just get one tomorrow when my ride will take me, instead of 3 tonight? He tells me no, the order was made 2 hours ago and he dont know when I picked it up but it's been too long so he can only fix it if I bring ALL of it back TONIGHT. I figured he thought I was scamming free food so I put the order I got into the app, I told him the times above, why it took so long, Told him to look at the receipts and see when I got it and how long it takes to get home cause he has my address, plus I tried to find the receipt, had to wait for ride to get home and check the car, in that time my kids ate some, and I don't have one of them, most likely my ride ate some of hers too, she won't go back out this late and the pizza is half eaten anyway. I told him I put the order I got in the app and it says he charged me $6 more than what I was supposed to pay so if I pay 4 tomorrow then I've paid the price of a whole new stuffed crust pizza so can't we do it that way, if I did come back tonight like he wants he eats the cost of 3 pizzas, if we do it my way he isn't losing anything. And he still says no, to do ANYTHING to fix it, I have to come TONIGHT, and I HAVE bring EVERYTING, since I can't there's nothing he can do. So he messed up my entire order, treated me like a bum trying to scam free food, and still refused even after I point out that he overcharged me, so that plus what I asked to pay is more than a new pizza, so the ONE I asked for would be paid for, so I wouldn't get free food. He treated me like dirt and still wouldnt help me when I show him I overpaid, and am STILL offering to pay some of the cost of the new pizza, added to what I already paid, it covers the pizza. so how am I trying to scam free food if i pay for it? The way I see it is Dominoes owes me the 6 dollars that I overpaid. And I didn't demand a refund, and I offer to pay the rest of the cost of one made right. And I'm treated like a bum scammer. I never yelled or got mouthy with him. It was hurtful and I wont order here ever again. I hope his boss sees this and fires him for how rude he was to me when I was trying to be understanding and come to a compromise. And now I want a refund of my 6 dollars.
