- PFParker Flamm6 days ago2.0This Dunkin is either a hit or a miss. Maybe two people in the staff are nice, but the rest of them always have an attitude no matter how much kindness or grace you give them. Today especially has been a frustrating day for me, and I decided to go to dunkin as a pick me up. When I ordered, I ordered at the kiosk. A lady came in after me and had her entire order completed before they got to mine. I had to remind them that I ordered one singular donut with my order, and said thank you afterwards. Then, I overhear the staff say "did you get her donut?" Followed by the one I spoke to saying "oh well." And made me wait. I had to stand up at the counter to be taken care of for a singular donut that I could've gotten myself if I really wanted to. This isnt the first instance ive had of the staff being rude. This is just the final tipping point. Its truly not that hard to be kind to people. I dont care how bad of a day youre having or how much you hate your job, if someone is kind to you I would expect you to give it back. Do better. Be kind. Its not that hard. Especially when I didnt make it a problem that I had to wait, or that other people got taken care of before me. I ordered a drink, a sandwich, and one donut.
