  Very disappointed with this McDonald’s location. We stopped around 10:15 a.m. while traveling, but the restaurant was filthy. The lobby floors were dirty, the women’s restroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned, and there were even dead insects on the floor. We planned to get breakfast but couldn’t bring ourselves to order. Do better McDonald’s!

  The manager on duty around 2:30 Pm was not very hospitable. She wasn't acknowledging the customers (4) in the lobby ( which one guy left). I ordered a caramel frappe in which I was given a watery frappe without caramel. I asked why & she said she was out. Therefore I asked for chocolate & only received a slight drizzle. Didn't feel like waiting any longer but the service was unacceptable.

  Manager on duty was rude. They messed my order up and when I went in there was a counter full of people and some walking out not even being served or waited on. The African American lady manager needs some training and soft skills. Your don’t talk to your customers nor coworkers in the tone you used. It’s apparent you don’t like your job. Hope your life gets better chick. This was the manager on duty 3/14/26 at 11am.

  Stopped at this restaurant because I had to use the restroom was told I could not use the restroom because they had visitors coming and they wanted to keep it clean and that I believe was from the Manager‘s mouth. My second complaint was I did a mobile order got a medium iced coffee that I received in a small cup which wasn’t even filled when I said that’s a medium ? she said yes ma’am, but clearly on the cup it says a small for iced coffee- You guys need to get it together and learn your cup sizes for your coffees. my third complaint is my egg. McMuffin, It would have been good if my muffin had been toasted .will not visit this McDonald’s again and I hope your visit was bad because your restaurant was filthy. What I should have done was used your restroom and then tell you to keep your food and get my money back
