I went back outside and waited once again over 5 mins, i backed up to the window and asked for a refund. The girl rudely said i needed to be patient and basically cut me off and said the food was miraculously done. Manager stood there and mean mugged me, sorry but waiting 15 mins IS BEING PATIENT. She said they had complications and offered nothing to make up for it. These people are inept, how hard is it to make a burger, how is there a complication stacking patties? Ill never go back, and i recommend no one else goes here either.
